A more modern and refined style that preserves the essence of Italian cuisine.
Take a bite of the cuisine, whose colors gorgeously decorate the table, in harmony with the meticulously chosen tableware and furnishings.
The pleasant memory of your meal will encompass all the senses.
Savor the multitude of subtle, accomplished works, dishes prepared by chef Narihisa Tateno with an artistry akin to that of a concert violinist.
Tateno has experience at the three star–rated La Pergola in Rome, Italy, and was involved in the opening of Heinz Beck Marunouchi.
When you emerge from the long tunnel of the wine cellar and the humidor… you will step into the elegantly arranged dining area decorated with stained glass and antiques.
The restaurant is replete with three private rooms that seat parties of four or five, as well as a special room that seats up to 12 and boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows on all sides. Privacy is maintained during the journey from the entrance, allowing the room to be used for dining with even the most distinguished dignitaries or clients.
A classic and open-designed lounge, where patrons can meet up with the rest of their parties, enjoy pre-dinner apéritifs, or experience a refreshing change of mood in the moments after their meal is finished. From the restaurant’s humidor, guests can select cigars whose aromas cannot be experienced anywhere else. Come and savor the abbinamento—the exquisite pairing of a drink and a dessert with a perfectly matched cigar.
The establishment remains open from 11:00 am, offering a space whose charm patrons can enjoy throughout the day—perhaps as a café, and, of course, as a bar.
The humidor is stocked primarily with Havana cigars. At the pinnacle of luxury, the ultra-premium Cohiba brand is available, as are limited-edition cigars no longer in production, including Diplomáticos Bushido, created to commemorate 400 years since Hasekura Tsunenaga became the first Japanese person to visit Cuba, by order of the lord Date Masamune. With the addition of specimens from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, the humidor preserves a total of 2,100 cigars, representing 60 varieties.
